Vinod Kumar steps in as IRCON’s executive director (Civil)

Vinod Kumar, formerly Chief Engineer (Construction), Lumding Projects, Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) has been appointed for deputation to IRCON International Limited as an Executive Director (Civil) at the Corporate Office, New Delhi, for a period of three years with effect from November 3, 2025. He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
