Sunil Joon promoted to ADG grade in CRPF

Sunil Joon has reportedly been promoted to the rank of Additional Director General (ADG) in Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF). That makes him part of the senior leadership of India’s largest paramilitary force. This promotion aligns with the ongoing reshuffling of top officers at CRPF headquarters to supervise key branches. In recent months, several senior officers were promoted to Special DG or ADG as the force adapts to new internal-security demands. The reshuffle reflects broader efforts to strengthen leadership and oversight within CRPF, especially over its 13 major branches.
