NMC–ICMR PhD Rollout

The National Medical Commission (NMC) and the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) have announced plans to launch PhD programmes in clinical research and medical innovation. The initiative aims to strengthen India’s biomedical research and development ecosystem, promote translational research, and build a robust pipeline of clinician-scientists to support healthcare innovation.
