IRSSE Officer Chandrashekar AR rejoins SWR

Chandrashekar AR, who is returning from deputation to K-RIDE, will be posted in the cadre on South Western Railway (SWR). He is an Indian Railway Service of Signal Engineers (IRSSE) officer.
