BHEL has no internal qualified contender for CMD

If officers are not promoted to the grade of Executive Director by February 2026, then there will be no internal applicant for the post of Chairman-cum-Managing Director, Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL). The incumbent is retiring in February 2027, and an internal applicant is required to have at least one year of experience at the ED level to apply for the post. If raises are not made on time, internal candidates will be excluded from the interviews, allowing an outsider to secure the position.
