Avinash Lavania selected as Director, Agriculture

Avinash Lavania has been selected as Director in the Department of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare. He is a 2009 batch of IAS officers in the MP cadre. The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved his appointment for a five-year term, or until further notice.  Lavania is a 2009‑batch IAS officer from the Madhya Pradesh cadre, bringing both state-level and administrative experience. He is being deputed to the Department of Agriculture & Farmers’ Welfare at the centre.
