RK Agrawal takes charge as Additional Secretary, UPSC

R.K. Agrawal, who is at present serving as Chief Personnel Officer (Industrial Relations), North Eastern Railway (NER), has been selected as Additional Secretary (Joint Secretary level) in the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) under the Department of Personnel & Training, up to the date of his retirement on September 30, 2030. He is an officer in the Indian Railway Personnel Service (IRPS).
