Manoj Kumar Singh selected as CEO, UP State Transformation Commission

Manoj Kumar Singh, former Chief Secretary in UP, has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the State Transformation Commission, Uttar Pradesh, for a period of three years. He is a retired IAS officer of UP cadre. The State Transformation Commission is UP’s strategic think-tank, modeled on NITI Aayog, to drive policy innovation and district-level growth. Singh’s mandate will focus on setting development priorities, mobilising physical and financial resources, and coordinating departments for faster implementation. His long administrative experience and strong government networks are expected to speed reforms and sustain momentum on major projects and investments.
