Govt Appoints Sukhvinder Singh as Managing Director, HRIDC. Sukhvinder Singh, who is at the moment serving as Chief Electrical Engineer (Loco), Patiala Locomotive Works (PLW), has been appointed on deputation as Managing Director, Haryana Rail Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd. (HRIDC) under the Government of Haryana for a period of three years. He is an Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) officer.
