Container Corporation of India Limited (CONCOR) – CMD Vacancy (Aug 2026)

The post of CMD at CONCOR is expected to fall vacant on 1 August 2026, when the current term ends. The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has yet to hold interviews for the vacancy. Until PESB completes its process, it remains unclear whether the next CMD will come from within or be a lateral political/bureaucratic appointment. Given past PSU practices, it’s likely a senior internal executive or experienced bureaucrat will be considered — but nothing is confirmed yet.
