Arvind Kumar chosen as Director (Finance), NFL

Arvind Kumar, currently General Manager in The Oriental Insurance Company Limited (OICL), has been selected for the post of Director (Finance), National Fertilizers Limited (NFL). The selection was made at a Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) meeting held on December 6, 2025, after interviews with five candidates.

As Director (Finance), Kumar will oversee financial strategy, capital management, and regulatory compliance for the PSU fertilizer major. His background in finance and insurance is expected to support the NFL’s growth and modernization plans.
