Aravind Kumar Agrawal repatriated to parent cadre

Aravind Kumar Agrawal, Director in the Ministry of Environment, Forest, and Climate Change, has been granted premature repatriation to his parent cadre. He belongs to the 1997 batch of the Central Water Engineering Service (CWES). 

Premature repatriation usually follows either cadre requirements or personal grounds consented to by the competent authority. Agrawal will resume duties in his original service setup.
