Sipan Kumar Garg takes over additional charge of CMD, THDC Ltd

Sipan Kumar Garg, Director (Finance) at THDC India Ltd, has been given additional charge as Chairman-cum-Managing Director (CMD). THDCIL is a joint venture of the Government of India under the Ministry of Power. Garg brings extensive experience in financial management and strategic planning to the role. His appointment is expected to support operational efficiency and the company’s renewable energy initiatives, including hydropower projects across India.
