Sharad Srivastava posted ED (MilRail), Railway Board

Sharad Srivastava, a senior IRTS officer serving in Southern Railway (SR), has been transferred to the Railway Board. He has been appointed as Executive Director (MilRail), with effect from November 25, 2025. This move aims to strengthen coordination between Indian Railways and defence logistics under the MilRail division. Officials say Srivastava’s extensive experience in operations and logistics will aid defence-related rail movement planning.
