Rakesh Tyagi, who is currently serving as Chief Personnel Officer (T&C), Northern Railway (NR), has been designated for deputation to RailTel Corporation of India Limited (RailTel) as Executive Director (HR) at the Corporate Office, New Delhi, for three years. He is an Indian Railway Personnel Service (IRPS) officer.
