PSUs Commit ₹4.48 Lakh Crore in North East Investments

The Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region (MDoNER) reported that PSUs committed ₹4.48 lakh crore in investments from the May 2025 Rising North East Investors Summit, with new joint ventures in bamboo value-chain startups involving Northeast PSUs like North Eastern Electric Power Corporation (NEEPCO, Miniratna). This includes fresh on boardings of 150 GI-tagged products for market entry.
