Leadership Changes at Coal India
B Sairam, currently serving as Chairman-cum-Managing Director of Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL), has been appointed Chairman-cum-Managing Director of Coal India Limited (CIL). He will hold the post until his superannuation on March 31, 2028. Coal India Limited remains India’s largest coal producer and plays a critical role in energy security.
