Justice Ashok Bhushan reinstated the Chairman of NCLT
Justice (Retd.) Ashok Bhushan, Ex Judge of the Supreme Court of India, has been reinstated as Chairperson, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) till he reaches the age of 70.
