Himanshu Goswami, currently serving as Chief Administrative Officer (Construction) [CAO (C)] in the North Central Railway (NCR), has been transferred to Banaras Locomotive Works (BLW) and posted as Principal Chief Engineer (PCE). He is an officer of the Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE).
