Group Captain Ranganathan Kannan takes over as PRO, Defence

Group Captain (Dr) Ranganathan Kannan has assumed charge as the Public Relations Officer of the Ministry of Defence in Nagpur. A 1995-commissioned officer of the Indian Air Force, he carries nearly three decades of experience in administration and organisational coordination. He succeeds Group Captain Ratnakar Singh, who earlier held the role. His appointment is expected to enhance communication outreach and public engagement for the Defence Ministry’s regional operations.
