Government Begins Search for CMD Successor at Bharat Dynamics Limited

The Government of India has initiated the process to identify a successor for CMD A. Madhavarao at Bharat Dynamics Limited (BEL). Madhavarao’s tenure will end on April 30, 2025. The recruitment process will follow strict PESB guidelines and government approvals, considering experience in defence production, leadership, and strategic planning.

The successor will oversee missile, defence, and technological projects, ensuring BEL maintains its global competitiveness and defence commitments.
