Two ITS Officers Decline Promotion

Two Indian Telecom Service (ITS) officers, Singh Panesar and Brajesh Kumar, have declined promotion to the Senior Administrative Grade (SAG). Following their refusal, the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) has revoked their promotions. As per the order, both officers will continue in the Junior Administrative Grade (JAG) and will not be considered for promotion until November 2026.
