Six IAS officers get new responsibilities in Bihar

The Bihar government has assigned new responsibilities to six IAS officers as part of an administrative reshuffle. Rajiv Roshan has been appointed Secretary, Higher Education Department, while Himanshu Kumar Rai will serve as Commissioner, Darbhanga Division, with additional charge of Tirhut and Saran divisions. Avnish Kumar Singh, Commissioner, Munger Division, will also hold charge of Bhagalpur Division. Kaushal Kishore has taken charge as Secretary, Youth, Employment and Skill Development. Nilesh Ramchandra Deore has been appointed Special Secretary, Civil Aviation, Patna, while continuing as Managing Director, Bihar Medical Services. Ajay Yadav, Secretary, De-addiction, Excise and Registration, has been relieved of additional charges under the Education Department.
