REC Limited Reports 13% Profit Jump, Declares Interim Dividend
REC Limited posted a 13% rise in net profit and declared a third interim dividend of ₹4.60 per share for FY 2025-26.
REC Limited has reported a 13% increase in Net Profit to ₹12,920 crore for the nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company’s revenue from operations rose by 10% to ₹44,641 crore, while sanctions jumped 23% to ₹3,33,354 crore. REC successfully reduced its net credit-impaired assets to 0.20% and maintained a Capital Adequacy Ratio of 24.26%. Reflecting this growth, the Board declared a third interim dividend of ₹4.60 per share, bringing the total interim dividend for FY 2025-26 to ₹13.80 per share.
