REC Limited Earns Dual Recognition at 47th All India PR Conference for Communication Excellence

REC Limited has been honoured with two prestigious awards at the 47th All India Public Relations Conference, organized by the Public Relations Society of India (PRSI) in Dehradun, acknowledging the organisation’s excellence in strategic communication. The awards were conferred in the categories of Public Relations and In-house Journal, recognizing REC’s sustained efforts to strengthen stakeholder engagement, promote transparency, and present its initiatives through structured, credible, and impactful communication practices.

The awards were presented by Shri Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank, former Union Cabinet Minister for Education and former Chief Minister of Uttarakhand, along with Smt. Ritu Khanduri Bhushan, Speaker of the Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly. The honours were received by Shri Sunil Bisht, CPM, REC Limited, Dehradun Office, accompanied by members of the REC Corporate Communications team during the conference ceremony.

As part of the conference proceedings, REC’s Corporate Communication team also delivered a presentation titled “Role of Corporate Communication in Public Sector Undertakings,” highlighting how effective communication plays a strategic role in building transparency, trust, and institutional credibility within public sector organizations.
