India’s Space and Quantum Ecosystem Sees Rapid Growth in 2025

India achieved over 200 space-sector milestones in 2025, with projections placing the country among the top three quantum economies by 2047. Five national quantum skills centers are planned across IITs and IISERs. The India International Science Festival 2025, held in Panchkula from December 6 to 9, attracted over 40,000 participants and was described as a signal toward India’s scientific future.
