Basharat Qayoom Gets Inter-Cadre Deputation Extension
The inter-cadre deputation of 2016 batch IAS officer Basharat Qayoom from the Jharkhand cadre to the AGMUT cadre (J&K) has been extended for one year.
In a relaxation of current policies, the inter-cadre deputation for IAS officer Basharat Qayoom has been extended for another year beyond February 23, 2026. Qayoom, a 2016 batch IAS officer initially from the Jharkhand cadre, will continue his deputation with the AGMUT cadre in the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir.
