2035 Nominations Received for PM Awards in Public Administration

A total of 2035 nominations have been received for the Prime Minister’s Awards for Excellence in Public Administration, according to a statement by the Ministry of Personnel. The awards include a trophy, a scroll, and an incentive of ₹20 lakh for the awarded district or organization, intended for projects or bridging resource gaps in public welfare. The awards ceremony is scheduled for April 21, 2026, on Civil Services Day, recognizing exceptional contributions by civil servants nationwide. The nomination portal was operational from October 1 to November 30, 2025, under the Centre’s approved 2025 scheme for the awards.
