Vijay Kumar, has been moved to Delhi segment of AGMUT cadre. Vijay Kumar, is a 1997 batch IPS officer of this cadre, has been appointed as Special Commissioner. Presently, he is additional DGP, Law & Order in Jammu & Kashmir segment.
