Vivek Kumar has been designated as Principal Secretary, Forest Department with additional Charge of Chairman, WB Valuation Board and Mrs Barnali Biswas appointed as Secretary, Self Help Group & Self Employment Department and Secretary in the Consumer Affairs Department in West Bengal.
