Rakesh Singh, IAS, 2009 batch of Madhya Pradesh cadre , who was Secretary, State Election Commission has been appointed as Joint Chief Election Officer (JCEO) of Madhya Pradesh Election commission. He will also function as Ex-cadre Additional Secretary, Law and Parliamentary Affairs department (only election related work).
