Palaniswamy Subramanyan Karthigeyan, currently High Commissioner of India to the Republic of Fiji, has been concurrently accredited as the next High Commissioner of India to the Kingdom of Tonga, with residence in Suva. He belongs to 2004 batch IFS officer.
