Three IAS officers have been handed over new portfolios in Uttar Pradesh. Rakesh Kumar-I has been appointed as Special Secretary, Revenue, while Khempal Singh takes charge as Special Secretary, Transport and Ram Narayan Singh Yadav will be posted as Special Secretary, Secretariat Administration Department.
