The Competent Authority has cleared the proposal of the Ministry of Textiles for premature repatriation of Jogiranjan Panigrahi, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Textiles to his parent cadre on personal grounds. He belongs to 1990 batch officer of IRS (C&CE).
