10 IAS officers of 1990 batch of UP cadre in UP are likely to be elevated to ACS Grade. The officers are: Nitin Ramesh Gokarn, Himanshu Kumar, Kalpana Awasthi, Deepak Kumar, Rajneesh Gupta, Jitendra Kumar, Dr. Sudhir M. Bobde, Anita Singh, Archana Agarwal and Sudhir Garg.
