IAS officers have been given new portfolio in Rajasthan. Ghanendra Bhan Chaturvedi has been appointed as Director, Social Justice & Empowerment & ex-officio Special Secretary, Panchayati Raj, while Jagjit Singh Monga takes over as Joint Secretary, Medical Education and Abhishek Khanna was made CEO, District Council-cum-Addl District Programme Coordinator, EGS and ex-officio Chief Project Officer, MADA, Ajmer. Besides, Mrs Vandana Singhvi, Divisional Commissioner, Bikaner will also hold charge of Divisional Commissioner, Sikar. The transfer of Mahendra Soni, Addl DG, Harish Chandra Mathur Rajasthan State Institute of Public Administration , Jaipur to the post of Member, Revenue Board, Ajmer, has been cancelled.
