Gujarat govt elevates 5 IAS officers to PS rank

Five IAS officers of the 1996 batch have been elevated to the rank of Principal Secretary by the Gujarat government. The officers name include Dr T Natarajan, Senior Advisor to ED, International Monetary Fund, Washington, USA; Mona Khandhar, Minister (Economic & Commerce), Embassy of India, Tokyo, Japan; Rajeev Topno, Senior Advisor to ED, World Bank, Washington; Mamta Verma, Secretary, Tourism, Devasthanam Management, Civil Aviation & Pilgrimage, Gujarat and Mukesh Kumar, Municipal Commissioner, Ahmedabad.
