Surendra Singh Yadav is shifted from Delhi and appointed as DGP, Chandigarh. He is a 1997 batch IPS officer of AGMUT cadre. Besides, transfer/posting order in respect of 1995 batch AGMUT cadre IPS officers Madhup Kumar Tiwari and Devesh Chandra Srivastava has been cancelled.
