As many as 7 IPS officers of various cadres and batches are superannuating in November 2022. The names are: Kuldeep Singh Sihag of Haryana; Pradeep Kapur of Odisha; P Thamaraikannan of Tamil Nadu; Govind Singh of Telangana; Sanjay Kumar-I of UP; Pooran Singh Rawat of Uttarakhand and Sugata Sen of West Bengal cadre.
