The deputation tenure of Samir Kumar Biswas working as Joint Secretary, Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals, is coming to an end on October 8, 2020. Biswas, who is a 1990 batch IAS officer of Maharashtra cadre, joined central deputation on October 9, 2014.
