Five IAS officers have been given new portfolios in West Bengal. Therefore, Anshul Gupta has been designated as Additional District Magistrate (ADM), Murshidabad, while Rajat Nanda was made ADM, Howrah and Gandharva Rathore is posted as OSD, Personnel & Administrative Reforms. Similarly, Priyadarshini Bhattacharya joins as Sub-Divisional Officer, Alipurduar and Rajesh was appointed OSD, Administrative Training Institute, W Bengal.
