K Lalthawmmawia has been designated as Secretary to the Government of Mizoram, Urban Development and Poverty Alleviation Department (UD&PA) Department with the addl charge of the post of Secretary, Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms (DP&AR). He belongs to 2007 batch IAS officer of AGMUT cadre.
