3 IPS officers receive Apex Scale

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has granted Apex Scale to three senior IPS officers. The officers name are: 1987 batch Bihar cadre's A Sema Rajan; Atul Karwal who is 1988 batch IPS officer of Gujarat cadre and Manoj Yadav, 1988 batch officer of Haryana cadre.
