Bhupal Nanda (1993:ICAS) had completed deputation at Punatsangchhu-II Hydroelectric Project Authority, Bhutan and has been posted in the cadre as Chief Controller of Accounts (CCA), Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, New Delhi.
