Two IPoS officers get new portfolios

Two officers of Indian Postal Service (IPoS) have been given new portfolios. Hammad Zafar of 2013 batch has been shifted to W Bengal Circle, while Gaurav Jain of 2019 batch is posted as ADG (DBT/DARPAN), Postal Directorate.
