Shri Radhashyam Mahapatro, Director (HR) of NALCO, took over as the Chairman of the Utkal Chapter of National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM). Shri Mahapatro was unanimously selected as the Chairman of the chapter in the Executive Committee meeting held today at Bhubaneswar.
