R M Thakur gets addl charge as Director, HIPA in HP

Rugved Milind Thakur, Director, Rural Development & Panchayati Raj-cum-ex-officio Special Secretary (Panchayati Raj) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh assigned the charge of Director, Himachal Pradesh Institute of Public Administration (HIPA), Shimla. He is a 2011 batch IAS officer of HP cadre.
