Khetmalis Makarand Pandurang has been appointed as Deputy Principal Secretary to the CM, Haryana. He will continue to hold the additional charge of CEO, Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam Ltd., Panchkula. He is a 2007 batch IAS officer of Haryana cadre.
