Om Prakash designated as new Chief Secretary of Uttarakhand

Om Prakash a 1987 batch IAS officer has been designated as new Chief Secretary of Uttarakhand. He will succeed current incumbent Utpal Kumar Singh retiring on July 31, 2020.
