Harish Chandra Chaudhary, Joint Secretary, National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) under MHA, has been assigned premature repatriation to his parent cadre on the grounds of availing benefits of promotions. He is a 1992 batch IFoS officer of Assam-Meghalaya cadre.
